Registration and Payment
The seminar fee is 3000 DKK / 400 Euro / 3800 SEK, which includes two days of seminar, food at the seminar, folder with program and abstracts, and seminar dinner.
Participants can register online for the seminar and the seminar dinner, using the form on the right – please read the practical details before registering. Deadline for registration is the 8th of October 2008.
The registration is void until payment has been received by Øresund Food network. Deadline for receiving your payment is the 14th of October 2008 - please send a copy of the bank transfer to mib@oresundfood.org . Note that there are a limited number of seats.
After your registration, you will receive an e-mail, containing a link to your registration details. If you wish to change your details or cancel your registration, just follow the link. The deadline for cancelling your registration is the 14th of October 2008 – otherwise you will be charged with the seminar fee. Please note, that if you want a refund of your payment you must cancel your registration no later than the 14th of October 2008.

Call for papers and posters
The organising committee is welcoming abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations. Find more information here. Deadline for online abstract submission is the 1st of September 2008.

From Copenhagen centre: Metro or train to Ørestad Station from where there is a 5 minutes walk to the seminar venue
From Sweden and Kastrup Airport: Train to Ørestad station

The ticketing system is the same on Metro, Trains and City busses in the area of Copenhagen. The easiest and cheapest is to buy a 2-zone card with 10 trips, which costs DKK 120,00 (approx. 16 Euro). This will take you around the centre of Copenhagen and to the seminar venue. Note than when travelling from Kastrup Airport to Copenhagen city centre there is more than 2 zones.
